About this tour

The Manaslu Circuit Trek takes you through the verdancy of the exuberance of the Manaslu region. The Manaslu Circuit Trek starts with a drive to Arughat and then traveling to the ebullient Soti Khola, jovial in its silver flow from the mountains. You would be trudging through verdant and lush woodlands rich in their emerald vegetations and trek along the Budhi Gandaki River. Coming across the village of Labubesi, a dainty Gurung settlement, you would be subjected to an opulent picture of the ravishing terrain of the Manaslu region. The Machha Khola, effervescent in its percolate, decorates the landscape like the silver stitching in the jaded embroidery of the landscape of the Manaslu region. The village of Jagat, Philim, and Deng approaches the trekking trail, presenting you a closer look at the religious customs and traditions of the local people residing in those areas. Trekking to Namrung, you would be beguiled by the absolutely magnificent views of the vistas of the mountain peaks like the Sringi Himal. Walking ahead, the beautiful sight of the Himchuli Himal is quite captivating at Lamagaun. Traversing ahead to the settlement of Lho, you would get the chance to visit the Ribung monastery, and also see wonderful and extraordinary views of Mount Manaslu as well as several other surrounding peaks.

Apart from the vibrant landscapes, the terrain is also ornamented with various carvings of Mani-stone Walls and Buddhist prayer flags tied to the branches and spires of the monasteries. These colorful prayer flags provide a vibrant contrast to the amethyst terra firma of the land. The monasteries and the places of worship are a significant aspect of the trekking journey as they provide a religious pious ambiance to the trekking atmosphere. Visiting the Pungyen Gompa, an age-old monastery that accolades an immensely delightful view of the Himalayas is another highlight of the trek. On the way to the Dharmashala, the trekking trail climbs all the way through verdant juniper and pine woodlands to reach the beautiful viewpoint where the Larkya La Glacier appears. Passing by cerulean lakes embedded I the number soils of the land and traversing along the Larkya La Pass set at the height of 5160 meters, you would be experiencing an absolutely stunning view of the whole landscape.
